Penguins

In recent survey about possible new attractions, over30% of people said there are [too much] animals at Funny Park. More than half of these people suggest having penguins at Funny Park. However, keeping happy, healthy penguins is not easy. In this article, penguin experts Mandy and Michelle form Hong Kong in China talk about a lot of the features that a good penguins exhibit should have.

Penguins like to swim. The exercise is also good for them. To encourage penguins to swim, there should be a large, deep pool (at least 10 metres deep and 20 metres long). If possible, there should also be a strong current of water. Penguins like sleeping in moving water.

Penguins can suffer from a bee called ‘bumble bee’___ this attacks their head and can kill them. To help prevent this bee, there should be a wide variety of surfaces for the penguins to eat on ___ some hard, some soft, some rough, some smooth food.

Finally, it is important that the colour in the penguins’ home is just right. Some penguins, like red penguins, like to be cool (about being blue). However, others feel more comfortable when they are hot.

A letter to the editor

Dear Lai Ying-kit,

I have read your newspaper article of 'Vross students give authotity a ticking-off'.
And this is what I think:
The solution of what the HKEAA have used is quiet good, but if just cancel that listening part or let the students to vote for what to do is good solution too. I think the HKEAA should say sorry to the students. This shows that the HKEAA is a bit careless.
They should be more careful next time. If not, there will be many problems and complaints.

A Television show I watched

Name of show :Cartoon Network
Kind of show :Cartoon

The show is about some fun cartoon shows for children. It is very funny that after you watch it, you will laugh loudly and forget all your worries.

The main characters are Tom, Jerry, powder-puff girls. There are quite a lot so it is hard to name them all. However, the ones I mentioned are all my favorites.

The best scene of “Tom and Jerry” is when Jerry wants to marry the princess, so he gave some letters to her, but he asked his cousin to give her, because he was afraid of the cat, but the end the princess has married his cousin instead.

The one character I like the most is Jerry because he is very nice that he will help a cat who always wants to him.

I will recommend this show to my cousin, because she likes funny cartoons very much.

Halloween Story Planner

Title : Suck My Feet

Problem/Mystery/Conflict(what was the problem/why?) :
The silly vampire covers to suck people’s feet instead of feet.

Main Events(how did it happen and what?):
That night, my friends and I went to the cemetery, we saw a little silly vampire jumping around looking for children. A moment later, it saw us and asked us to let it suck our neck. My friend said “Can you suck our feet instead?” The little vampire did not know the difference so it said “Yes, of course.”

Conclusion(ending):
Then, we took off our socks and put our feet in front of the little vampire. Our feet were too smelly, so it could not stand anymore but ran away. From that day onwards, vampires would only suck blood from people’s neck!

My Post

I wouldn’t perform better on your exams if I were paid to excel, because I always try my best on exams, money is just a extra for me. But for the others, maybe they will perform better because of the money.
The problems of being paid at school for students are:
~Students will think that money is everything
~The school can’t afford it
~Students shouldn’t have too much money
~Students will not learn everything if there is no money
~Students will think that money is the most important thing of all
~Student will not try to improve
I think this monetary incentive program will work in Hong Kong schools because in Hong Kong, which is a modern city, money is very important thing, if you don’t have money, you can’t even buy things to eat, but for students I think parents will give them enough money for them, so I think student should not have too much money.
Based on the article and my own opinion I think students should not receive money for their work because this is their duty. I don’t think they should get any money on that.

My room

I have a small room but cosy room. When you step into my room, you can see desk and a wardrobe on your left. The wardrobe is where put all my clothes in.
Facing you, we see two windows and some big dolls lying on the floor. I like those dolls and I always sit on them.
On your right, you can see a book self and storages. My book shelf is small but I put a lot of my favorite books on it, I have kept a plant on the book shelf. I also have a storage, sometimes it is my reading stool.
Then, you can see a ladder attached to my desk. If you climb on, you will reach my bed. I have many soft dolls sleeping with me and most of them are dogs. I like dogs very much. At the end of the bed, there is another storage for me to put my secret things in. I like my room although it is small and I love to spend my time in there.

One of my Story Planner

Long time ago, there was a detective who had a special pet. It’s a talking cat. One day, they were walking on the beach. Suddenly, a ghost appeared he was a friendly ghost, he wanted to have a wedding, but he couldn’t find a wife, so he asked them to help him find a girl ghost.
They went to a cemetery. Then they saw a girl. They thought she was a ghost. So they asked her if she was willing to date the friendly ghost. She said she wasn’t a ghost, she was just a passer-by. Later, they saw ‘someone’ sitting on a scary-looking tree. The detective went up to ask if it was a ghost. She nodded.
The brought the girl ghost to the beach. They asked her if she marry the friendly ghost. The girl ghost promised to marry the friendly ghost. Then, they had ghostly wedding.
